Official Notice — How to Enter
1. Choose & complete
Pick the categories that fit your organisation, complete the online form and upload your supporting documents. Progress is saved and a resume link is emailed to you.
2. Pay & submit
Pay the entry fee for each category — M-Pesa or card via Paystack — and submit before the closing date. Entries stay editable until then.
3. Verification & judging
Every submission is verified, then assessed by an independent jury on merit — transparent and free of any bias.

Entries are open to organisations, businesses, destinations and individuals across Kenya's tourism and hospitality industry:
- Hotels, resorts, lodges & camps
- Restaurants, bars & lounges
- Tour operators & travel agencies
- Airlines & transport providers
- Destinations & county governments
- Conservation organisations
- Tourism & hospitality training institutions
- Tourism professionals & industry leaders
- Journalists, photographers, filmmakers & content creators
Official Entry Fee Schedule
Entry fees from KES 5,000 to KES 20,000
Fees vary by category and support the judging, technology, marketing and delivery of the awards. See the exact fee for every category.
